About Me
Dr. Kourtney H. Houser is a corneal specialist and ophthalmologist whose practice focuses on the surgical and medical treatment of cornea, anterior segment, and lens disorders in adults and children. She specializes in corneal transplant surgery, cataract surgery with advanced technology lenses, intraocular lens complications, and refractive procedures such as LASIK and PRK.
She is passionate about leveraging the latest technologies to improve and customize vision, believing in the power of these tools to make a daily impact on patients' lives. Dr. Houser values building strong relationships with her patients and is committed to offering them access to the most current treatment options available.
Beyond her clinical work, she enjoys teaching residents, fellows, and fellow ophthalmologists through local and national engagements. In her personal time, she loves traveling, outdoor activities such as biking and running, exploring new restaurants, and spending quality time with her husband and dog.
