About Me
Dr. Anthony Kuo is a board-certified ophthalmologist and corneal specialist practicing at Duke Health. His clinical expertise includes the diagnosis and treatment of corneal disease, cataracts, and refractive errors. He performs advanced surgical procedures such as cataract surgery with premium intraocular lenses, corneal transplantation, and LASIK.
Dr. Kuo serves as a professor of ophthalmology and biomedical engineering at Duke University, and holds the role of Vice Chair and Director of Research Data for the Department of Ophthalmology. He is actively involved in research on intraoperative optical coherence tomography and robotic ophthalmic imaging. He provides care for adult patients at the Davis Ambulatory Surgical Center and Duke Eye Center in Durham, North Carolina.
