Dr. Keri Allen
About Me
Dr. Keri F. Allen is a board-certified comprehensive ophthalmologist at Marianas Eye Institute in Saipan, serving adults and children across the Northern Mariana Islands. She cares for a broad range of eye conditions, including diabetic eye disease, glaucoma, and uveitis, and performs cataract, pterygium, general oculoplastic, and glaucoma surgeries. Dr. Allen is committed to expanding access to vision correction locally by integrating refractive options such as premium and toric lens implants as well as limbal relaxing incisions.
Dr. Allen earned her MD from the University of Rochester School of Medicine with a distinction in community service. She completed an internship at Bassett Healthcare in Cooperstown, followed by a research fellowship in glaucoma genetics at Massachusetts Eye and Ear Infirmary. She then completed her ophthalmology residency at the University of South Carolina and a one-year Global Ophthalmology Fogarty Clinical Fellowship through Emory University and the National Institutes of Health. She is passionate about patient education and community eye health throughout the islands.
