About Me
Dr. Julie Megan Rosenthal is a board-certified ophthalmologist who specializes in the medical and surgical treatment of diseases of the retina and vitreous. Her clinical focus includes conditions such as age-related macular degeneration, diabetic retinopathy, retinal detachment, central serous chorioretinopathy, and other retinal vascular disorders. She provides comprehensive care for patients with cystoid macular edema, retinitis pigmentosa, retinopathy of prematurity, and retinoschisis.
As a clinical assistant professor at University of Michigan Health, Dr. Rosenthal is dedicated to advancing patient care through her expertise in vitreoretinal surgery. Patients appreciate her compassionate approach, clear communication, and thorough explanations. She sees patients at the Northville Health Center and the Kellogg Eye Center in Ann Arbor.
Dr. Rosenthal completed her medical training at the University of Pennsylvania School of Medicine, residency in ophthalmology at Wills Eye Hospital, and fellowship in vitreoretinal surgery at Casey Eye Institute.
