Eric J. Niespodzany, MD, is an ophthalmologist at Pacific ClearVision Institute, where he provides laser vision correction and comprehensive surgical eye care. He brings a broad medical background to his patients: after earning a BS in Genetics and an MS in Physiology, he completed internal medicine training and board certification before pursuing ophthalmology. He trained as an ophthalmologist within the University of Texas system and now performs cataract surgery and refractive procedures while caring for a wide range of corneal and general eye conditions. Dr. Niespodzany is active in community service, volunteering at the Volunteers in Medicine clinic in Springfield and performing cataract surgery for patients with complex health needs. He also travels to Coos and Douglas counties to expand access to specialty eye care. Known for his positive energy and clear explanations, he partners with patients to choose treatments that fit their lives and visual goals.

Dr. Janani Singaravelu

Dr. Janani Singaravelu is a fellowship-trained ophthalmologist focused on diseases and surgery of the retina and vitreous. She earned her medical degree from The Ohio State University College of Medicine and completed ophthalmology residency at Washington University School of Medicine in St. Louis. She was selected for the NIH Medical Research Scholars Program at the National Eye Institute, where she conducted basic science retina research. Dr. Singaravelu subsequently completed an ophthalmic oncology fellowship at the Cole Eye Institute, Cleveland Clinic, and is a surgical vitreoretinal fellow at The Retina Group of Washington. Her background also includes a Master of Medical Science from Drexel University College of Medicine and an undergraduate degree from the University of Pennsylvania, where she studied Neuroscience and South Asia Studies and received a Fulbright Student Research Grant for public health research in India. Dr. Singaravelu is committed to compassionate, evidence-based care and partners closely with patients to explain diagnoses, discuss treatment options, and guide them through both medical and surgical care.

Dr. Allison Bradee

Dr. Allison Bradee is a pediatric ophthalmologist who cares for children with common and complex eye conditions and provides strabismus care for both children and adults. She emphasizes partnership with families—explaining diagnoses, answering questions in plain language, and creating treatment plans that support healthy visual development. Her interests also include public health ophthalmology and global eye care. Dr. Bradee earned her medical degree at the University of Minnesota, completed ophthalmology residency at the University of Missouri–Kansas City, and pursued fellowship training in pediatric ophthalmology and strabismus at OHSU’s Casey Eye Institute, with additional training in pediatric oculoplastics. She also completed a research fellowship at Mayo Clinic. She sees patients at the Elks Children’s Eye Clinic and is committed to providing compassionate, timely care close to home.
