Dr. Joyce Khandji

Dr. Joyce Khandji is a board-certified pediatric ophthalmologist and strabismus surgeon dedicated to providing specialized eye care for children. She maintains a private practice serving patients in New York City and Westchester County, focusing on the unique visual needs of young patients and surgical correction of eye misalignment.

Her medical journey began with an undergraduate degree from Columbia University, followed by her medical doctorate from Columbia College of Physicians and Surgeons. She completed her internship at Columbia University Medical Center and her ophthalmology residency at New York University. Dr. Khandji further honed her expertise through a fellowship in Pediatric Ophthalmology and Strabismus at the Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia, which included additional training in Pediatric Oculoplastic Surgery.

As a surgeon and clinician, she is committed to advanced, patient-centered care for complex pediatric eye conditions. Her work is informed by active research, as she has authored numerous peer-reviewed papers.
