Dr. Joshua Kalish

Dr. Joshua Kalish is a comprehensive ophthalmologist and cataract surgeon dedicated to serving patients at the Gwinnett location of Thomas Eye Group. He specializes in cataract surgery, bringing focused expertise to help restore clear vision and patient independence.

Dr. Kalish earned his doctorate of medicine at the Medical College of Georgia at Augusta University and completed his ophthalmology residency at the University of Florida. He is an active member of the American Academy of Ophthalmology, the American Society of Cataract and Refractive Surgeons, the Association for Research in Vision and Ophthalmology, the American Medical Association, and the Phi Beta Kappa honor society.

He understands how precious sight is and feels honored to earn his patients' trust as their surgeon and eye care provider. Outside of work, Dr. Kalish loves spending time with his family, cooking and hosting dinners, traveling, hiking, and playing basketball.
