Dr. Jonathan Chao is a cornea and anterior segment specialist focused on restoring comfort and clarity for patients with complex surface disease and visually significant cataracts. He treats dry eye, keratitis, corneal dystrophies, keratoconus, and pterygium, and offers corneal transplantation when medical therapy is not enough. For cataracts, he emphasizes shared decision-making around premium lens technologies to address astigmatism and presbyopia. He also provides laser vision correction (LASIK/PRK) for appropriate candidates and longitudinal care to optimize the ocular surface before and after surgery.
