Dr. John Frantz

Dr. Jonathan M. Frantz is a board-certified ophthalmologist who has served the Southwest Florida community for over 35 years. He leads a team of skilled surgeons and optometrists at Frantz EyeCare, a physician-owned practice dedicated to compassionate and technically advanced eye care. Dr.

Frantz specializes in laser cataract surgery with advanced lens implants and a full range of laser vision correction procedures, including LASIK, SMILE, EVO ICL, PRK, and refractive lens exchange. He also diagnoses and treats conditions of the retina, cornea, and glaucoma, and offers comprehensive eye care as well as oculoplastic and cosmetic surgery. The Frantz EyeCare team operates seven locations across Lee, Collier, and Charlotte Counties, with two surgery centers in Fort Myers and Naples. Dr. Frantz is a Diplomate of the American Board of Ophthalmology and a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons, reflecting his commitment to high standards in patient care.
