Dr. Jason Friedrichs

Dr. Jason C. Friedrichs is a board-certified ophthalmologist who serves as the primary surgeon at the Collins Vision Naples office. He completed his residency training at the University of Iowa, consistently ranked among the best ophthalmology training centers in the country. Dr. Friedrichs brings a high level of expertise and skill to his practice, focusing on providing comprehensive eye care to his patients.

His areas of clinical expertise include refractive cataract surgery, medical retina services, glaucoma treatments, and blepharoplasty—a delicate eyelid procedure. With his extensive training and experience, Dr. Friedrichs is dedicated to helping patients achieve and maintain optimal eye health through advanced surgical and medical treatments.

Dr. Friedrichs is committed to the patient-centered approach at Collins Vision, where the focus is on doing things a little differently to ensure each patient's individual needs are met. He is an active member of the American Academy of Ophthalmology and the American Board of Ophthalmology, and he also co-chairs the Art of the Eye II Exhibition, which features works by visually impaired artists.
