About Me
Dr. Sarah Eccles-Brown is a board-certified ophthalmologist who has served the Fort Myers community since 2016. She is dedicated to providing patients and their families with excellent surgical care and treatment of advanced eye disease. Dr. Eccles-Brown is an experienced, empathetic and committed physician who works to give every patient individualized care and attention.
She specializes in refractive cataract surgery, microinvasive glaucoma surgery, blepharoplasty and cosmetic procedures, striving to customize each intervention to the patient. Dr. Eccles-Brown is a fellow of the American Academy of Ophthalmology and her goal is to provide each patient with the same high-quality eye care she would want for her own family member.
Before her time in Fort Myers, Dr. Eccles-Brown served as a Major in the U.S. Air Force, providing comprehensive ophthalmology care to active duty, retiree and dependent populations. She gained unique experience at Level 1 Trauma Centers and Burn Wards during her military service.
