Dr. Joel Aronowicz-Gallego

Dr. Joel David Aronowicz Gallego is an ophthalmologist at Aran Eye Associates. He completed his ophthalmology training at the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center in Dallas and a surgery internship at Northshore/LIJ Health System in New York. Dr. Aronowicz Gallego earned his medical degree from the Central University of Venezuela in 1999.

His clinical interests include general ophthalmology, dry eye, and glaucoma treatment. He is an active member of the American Academy of Ophthalmology and the American Medical Association, and holds surgical staff privileges at the Surgical Center of Coral Gables and the Eye Care and Surgery Center of Ft. Lauderdale.

Dr. Aronowicz Gallego has published numerous articles and participated in the International Red Cross Voluntary Internship program in Venezuela. He is committed to providing comprehensive eye care and staying engaged with the latest advancements in ophthalmology.
