Dr. Jillian Liu

Dr. Jennifer Enright is a cornea and anterior segment surgeon who cares for patients with conditions affecting the cornea, lens, and ocular surface. She offers cataract surgery, corneal transplantation, and procedures tailored to restore a healthy, comfortable ocular surface. Her approach centers on listening first, setting clear goals together, and choosing the least invasive option that can reliably improve sight and comfort. Beyond surgery, Dr. Enright manages complex corneal infections and difficult-to-heal surface disease. Her academic interests include neurotrophic keratopathy, limbal stem cell deficiency, and microbial keratitis, and she brings that scientific focus to everyday patient care. She completed ophthalmology residency followed by fellowship training in cornea and external disease. Patients value her clear explanations and practical guidance before and after procedures.

Dr. Yong Kam is a board-certified anterior segment surgeon with specialized expertise in advanced cataract, cornea, and refractive surgery. He focuses on restoring clear, comfortable vision using modern lens technology and procedures such as EVO ICL for patients who are not LASIK candidates. Patients value his careful measurements, detailed counseling about options, and steady hands in the operating room. A Kansas City native, Dr. Kam completed his ophthalmology residency at the University of Kansas Medical Center after earning his MD and BS at the University of Kansas. During fellowship training he received the P.J. Leinfelder Award for Excellence in Research. At Moyes Eye Center he performs complex cataract surgery, corneal transplantation, and anterior segment reconstruction, and collaborates closely with optometrists to optimize outcomes and recovery.

Dr. Grace Paley is a board-certified ophthalmologist who specializes in refractive cataract surgery and corneal disease. She helps patients make confident decisions about their vision by combining careful diagnostics with an evidence-based, patient-centered approach. At Ideal Eye Surgery, she serves as one of the practice’s cataract surgeons. Dr. Paley completed undergraduate studies at Indiana University Bloomington and earned her MD and PhD at the University of Pennsylvania School of Medicine. She trained in ophthalmology at Washington University in St. Louis, completing both residency and a cornea fellowship. Dr. Paley teaches ophthalmology residents and has served as a board examiner for the American Board of Ophthalmology and as a preceptor for cataract surgery and suturing courses at the American Academy of Ophthalmology annual meeting.
