Dr. Jennifer Enright

Dr. Jillian Liu is a cornea and external disease fellow at Washington University in St. Louis. She treats the full spectrum of corneal disorders, from scarring and endothelial failure to ocular surface disease, and offers both medical therapy and advanced surgical options. Dr. Liu strives to make visits approachable and collaborative by explaining test results, outlining treatment choices, and tailoring plans to each patient’s goals. Dr. Liu earned her medical degree at The Ohio State University College of Medicine and completed residency training at the University of Tennessee–Memphis before pursuing fellowship training at WashU. Her fellowship emphasizes high-volume keratoplasty, complex cataract surgery, and modern refractive techniques, supported by state-of-the-art facilities and a dedicated microsurgical lab. She is committed to excellent outcomes, clear communication, and coordinated care within an academic team.

Dr. Yong Kam is a board-certified anterior segment surgeon with specialized expertise in advanced cataract, cornea, and refractive surgery. He focuses on restoring clear, comfortable vision using modern lens technology and procedures such as EVO ICL for patients who are not LASIK candidates. Patients value his careful measurements, detailed counseling about options, and steady hands in the operating room. A Kansas City native, Dr. Kam completed his ophthalmology residency at the University of Kansas Medical Center after earning his MD and BS at the University of Kansas. During fellowship training he received the P.J. Leinfelder Award for Excellence in Research. At Moyes Eye Center he performs complex cataract surgery, corneal transplantation, and anterior segment reconstruction, and collaborates closely with optometrists to optimize outcomes and recovery.

Dr. Grace Paley is a board-certified ophthalmologist who specializes in refractive cataract surgery and corneal disease. She helps patients make confident decisions about their vision by combining careful diagnostics with an evidence-based, patient-centered approach. At Ideal Eye Surgery, she serves as one of the practice’s cataract surgeons. Dr. Paley completed undergraduate studies at Indiana University Bloomington and earned her MD and PhD at the University of Pennsylvania School of Medicine. She trained in ophthalmology at Washington University in St. Louis, completing both residency and a cornea fellowship. Dr. Paley teaches ophthalmology residents and has served as a board examiner for the American Board of Ophthalmology and as a preceptor for cataract surgery and suturing courses at the American Academy of Ophthalmology annual meeting.
