Dr. Janey Wiggs

Dr. Janey L. Wiggs is a glaucoma specialist and Professor of Ophthalmology at Harvard Medical School. She serves as Co-Director of the Glaucoma Center of Excellence at Harvard Ophthalmology, where she focuses on the diagnosis and management of glaucoma. Her clinical work is complemented by her role as Associate Director of the Ocular Genomics Institute, where she investigates the genetic basis of eye disease.

In addition to her clinical and research responsibilities, Dr. Wiggs holds leadership positions including Vice Chair of Clinical Research and Associate Chief of Ophthalmology Clinical Research at Mass Eye and Ear. She is also Associate Director of the Howe Laboratory and a Senior Scientist. Dr. Wiggs sees patients at Massachusetts Eye and Ear, specializing in glaucoma and related conditions.
