James M. Kohler, MD, is a vitreoretinal surgeon who treats the full range of retinal and macular disease, including age-related macular degeneration, diabetic retinopathy, retinal tears and detachments, and macular hole or epiretinal membrane. He offers comprehensive in-office care such as retinal imaging, laser, and intravitreal injections, and performs advanced surgery when needed. A Minnesota native, Dr. Kohler completed medical school and ophthalmology residency at the University of Minnesota before moving to the University of Utah’s John A.
