Meet Dr. Hindola Konrad
About Me
Dr. Hindola Konrad is a board-certified ophthalmologist and a fellow of the American Society of Ophthalmic Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery. She provides comprehensive eye care as well as specialized oculoplastic services for conditions affecting the eyelids, tear ducts, and orbit. Dr. Konrad's practice includes both medical and cosmetic treatments, addressing issues such as dry eye, glaucoma, cataracts, macular degeneration, and eyelid malpositions like ptosis and ectropion. She also performs surgical procedures including upper eyelid surgery, tear duct surgery, and orbital fracture repair, as well as non-surgical cosmetic treatments such as BOTOX and injectable fillers.
Dr. Konrad completed her medical degree at Columbia University College of Physicians and Surgeons, followed by an ophthalmology residency at the Harkness Eye Institute at Columbia University and a fellowship in ophthalmic plastic and reconstructive surgery at Moorfields Eye Hospital in London. She is an attending physician at New York-Presbyterian Hospital and maintains staff privileges at Columbia University Medical Center and Western Connecticut Health Network. Dr. Konrad sees patients in her private practice in New York and Connecticut.
