Benjamin J. Fowler, MD, PhD, is a fellowship-trained vitreoretinal surgeon who cares for adults with medical and surgical diseases of the retina and vitreous. Deborah I. Witkin, MD, is a comprehensive ophthalmologist at Eye Care of Maine in Waterville. After an Internal Medicine internship at Valleywise Health/Creighton University, he completed ophthalmology residency at Larkin Community Hospital/Nova Southeastern University, serving as Chief Resident.
