Dr. Shazia F. Ali is a board-certified ophthalmologist with fellowship training in both pediatric ophthalmology/strabismus and cornea/external disease. She treats children and adults and has a particular interest in complex front-of-the-eye conditions, offering options that include cataract surgery, corneal transplantation, secondary lens implantation, and procedures to address strabismus, iris defects, and trauma. Dr. Karima Khimani

Dr. Karima S. Khimani is a board-certified ophthalmologist and corneal specialist who returned home to San Antonio to provide advanced medical and surgical eye care. Her expertise includes premium cataract surgery, refractive procedures such as LASIK, PRK, and ICL, and the full spectrum of corneal transplantation—DMEK, DSAEK, PKP, and DALK—as well as pterygium removal and Boston Keratoprosthesis. She completed ophthalmology residency at the Jules Stein Eye Institute at UCLA and a fellowship in Cornea, External Disease, and Refractive Surgery at the Rocky Mountain Lions Eye Institute (University of Colorado).
