About Me
Dr. Gary Clorfeine is a board-certified ophthalmologist specializing in pediatric ophthalmology and strabismus. His practice focuses on the care of pediatric eye problems as well as ocular motility and alignment disorders in adults. He works within a large department that covers comprehensive ophthalmology and all subspecialties, supported by optometrists with pediatric experience and a fully trained orthoptist.
Dr. Clorfeine completed his ophthalmology residency after a rotating internship in pediatrics. He served as chief of ophthalmology at the United States Military Academy at West Point prior to joining Kaiser Permanente. His medical education emphasized the mind-body relationship, and he believes in the importance of balance for both patients and himself.
