About Me
Dr. Frank Cotter is a board-certified ophthalmologist specializing in glaucoma and cataract surgery at Vistar Eye Center in Roanoke, Virginia. He provides comprehensive care for glaucoma, a chronic eye condition, and performs cataract surgery. Dr. Cotter emphasizes the importance of individualized treatment plans and building long-lasting relationships with his patients, tailoring care to each person's unique needs.
Throughout his career, Dr. Cotter has been dedicated to serving patients in southwest Virginia. He is an owner and Medical Director of the Roanoke Valley Center for Sight. He also co-founded Project Access, which provided medical care for the uninsured before it merged into the Bradley Free Clinic. Dr. Cotter believes that trust between patient and physician is vital in managing chronic eye conditions.
