Dr. Eric Caskey

Eric L. Caskey, MD is an ophthalmologist at Wheaton Eye Clinic who focuses on neuro-ophthalmology. He evaluates vision problems that arise from the brain and optic nerve, including double vision, visual field loss, and complex eye movement disorders. Dr. Caskey is also trained in comprehensive eye care and cataract surgery, offering patient-centered guidance to help people understand their diagnosis and treatment options.

Dr. Caskey earned his bachelor’s degree in biology at Indiana University and his medical degree at Indiana University School of Medicine. He completed an internship and ophthalmology residency at Tulane University, followed by a dedicated neuro-ophthalmology fellowship at the University of Utah John Moran Eye Center. At Wheaton Eye Clinic, he collaborates closely with neurology and primary care colleagues to provide coordinated care for conditions that bridge the eye and nervous system.
