Dr. Douglas Dehning

Dr. Doug O. Dehning is a board-certified ophthalmologist specializing in retina and vitreous conditions. He treats a range of critical eye conditions including age-related macular degeneration, diabetic retinopathy, retinal detachment, cataracts, and glaucoma. With over 20 years of experience, he is a partner at Discover Vision Centers and has extensive training including a retinal fellowship at the University of Texas Medical Center.

Dr. Dehning is committed to advancing patient care through clinical investigations for the latest treatments, particularly in glaucoma and other conditions. He also dedicates time to humanitarian service, participating in medical mission trips to several countries and working with the Jackson County Free Health Clinic to provide care and support to underserved communities.
