Dr. David Mendelblatt

Dr. David J. Mendelblatt is a comprehensive ophthalmologist practicing at Johns Hopkins All Children’s Hospital in St. Petersburg, Florida. He also serves as an affiliate assistant professor of ophthalmology at the University of South Florida Morsani College of Medicine. Board certified by the American Board of Ophthalmology, Dr. Mendelblatt provides care for patients of all ages.

Dr. Mendelblatt earned his medical degree from the USF Morsani College of Medicine and completed an ophthalmology residency at the University of Texas-Southwestern in Dallas. He went on to complete a fellowship in cornea and external diseases at the same institution. His clinical expertise encompasses comprehensive eye care, with a particular focus on conditions affecting the cornea and external eye.
