About Me
Dr. Daniel Dansdill is an ophthalmologist with advanced training in glaucoma and anterior segment surgery. He cares for adults with all stages of glaucoma and provides comprehensive cataract evaluation and surgery, including options tailored to a patient’s visual goals. His clinic style is practical and collaborative—he explains test results in plain language, outlines medical and surgical options, and partners with patients on stepwise plans that balance safety, vision, and lifestyle. Dr. Dansdill earned his medical degree from Loyola University Chicago, completed an internship at Presence Saint Francis Hospital, and finished ophthalmology residency training at the University of Missouri–Kansas City. He then completed a glaucoma and anterior segment surgery fellowship at the University of Missouri in Columbia. At Barnet Dulaney Perkins Eye Center, he works closely with optometry and subspecialty colleagues to ensure smooth, coordinated care before and after procedures.
