Dr. Daniel Jones

Daniel L. Jones, MD, is an ophthalmologist who specializes in cataract and glaucoma care. He offers cataract surgery and a full range of glaucoma treatments—from in-office laser procedures to advanced surgical options—so patients can choose a plan that fits their goals and lifestyle. His approach is friendly, direct, and education-forward, helping people understand their diagnosis and what to expect before, during, and after treatment.

Dr. Jones studied biomedical engineering at Washington University in St. Louis and earned his medical degree from the University of Wisconsin School of Medicine and Public Health. He completed an internship in medicine followed by ophthalmology residency at the University of Texas – Houston Medical Center, where he served as Chief Resident and was named Resident of the Year, and then a glaucoma fellowship at the Cincinnati Eye Institute. He enjoys working with patients of all ages and coordinating care with their primary physicians to protect vision for the long term.
