Dr. Curtis Brown

Dr. Curtis Brown is a board-certified ophthalmologist who has recently joined the practice of Fagadau, Swanson & Mirza in Dallas. He provides comprehensive eye care, including the management of diabetic retinopathy, glaucoma, macular degeneration, and dry eye disease. His surgical expertise encompasses laser-assisted cataract surgery, premium cataract surgery, minimally invasive glaucoma surgery (MIGS), intravitreal injections, and LASIK.

Dr. Brown earned his undergraduate degree at the University of Nebraska and his Doctor of Medicine at the University of Iowa. He completed his Internal Medicine Internship at Ochsner Clinic Foundation Hospital and his Ophthalmology Residency at Louisiana State University Health System, both in New Orleans. He practiced ophthalmology for seven years in Lawrence, Kansas, and Joplin, Missouri, before relocating to Dallas, where he is eager to establish long-lasting rapport with his new patients and colleagues.
