About Me
Dr. Chirag Shah is a board-certified ophthalmologist and retina specialist who provides comprehensive medical and surgical care for retinal diseases. He has extensive experience treating conditions including macular degeneration, diabetic eye disease, and retinal vein occlusions. Dr. Shah performs advanced retinal surgery for macular holes, epiretinal membranes, dislocated intraocular lenses, retinal detachments, and proliferative vitreoretinopathy.
Driven by a background in public health and research, Dr. Shah is involved in numerous clinical trials, offering patients access to sophisticated treatments for retinal conditions. He serves as a fellowship co-director, training the next generation of retina specialists, and is an active contributor to ophthalmology education and scientific literature.
