Dr. Carroll Rund

Dr. Rund is an ophthalmologist who provides comprehensive eye care, including routine eye exams and treatment of eye emergencies. With thirty years of experience in general comprehensive ophthalmology, he introduced advanced cataract surgery techniques such as small incision phacoemulsification and intraocular lens implantation to his practice in Menomonie, Wisconsin.

As a former clinical faculty member of the University of Minnesota, Dr. Rund taught medical students and ophthalmology residents and now holds the title of Clinical Professor Emeritus. He is committed to treating every patient with the same care he would give to his own family. Outside of medicine, Dr. Rund plays tuba in two concert bands and enjoys time with his two married daughters and four active grandchildren.
