About Me
Dr. Brennan Greene is a board-certified ophthalmologist who has retired from clinical practice. He now works exclusively in the clinical trials division at The Eye Care Institute in Louisville, Kentucky. During his active career, he specialized in comprehensive ophthalmology and provided care for a wide range of eye conditions, including cataracts, glaucoma, and laser vision correction. He is a Diplomate of the American Board of Ophthalmology and a Fellow of the American Academy of Ophthalmology.
Dr. Greene and his family have spent their entire lives in the Louisville area. He completed his undergraduate studies at Bellarmine College, earned his medical degree from the University of Louisville School of Medicine, and went on to complete an internship in medicine and a residency in ophthalmology, where he served as Chief Resident. His personal interests include reading, medical research, technology, and spending time with his daughter. For patients who previously saw Dr. Greene, The Eye Care Institute continues to provide comprehensive eye care with a team of skilled specialists.
