About Me
Dr. Lujan is a professor of ophthalmology and clinical scientist at OHSU. He is dedicated to providing excellent patient care by combining the art of medicine with the latest diagnostic tools and therapies. Patients are typically referred from other eye doctors for evaluation and management of conditions such as age-related macular degeneration, diabetic retinopathy, and retinal vein occlusion.
Dr. Lujan is internationally recognized as an expert in retinal imaging from a research and teaching perspective. He completed his medical degree at Harvard Medical School, his ophthalmology residency at the University of California, San Francisco, and fellowships in medical retina and retinal imaging at Bascom Palmer Eye Institute. He communicates complex concepts effectively and simply to his patients.
