Dr. Benjamin Abramowitz

Dr. Benjamin D. Abramowitz is a board-certified ophthalmologist with specialized training in glaucoma care and advanced cataract surgery. He provides comprehensive eye care with a calm, collaborative style—taking time to explain findings, answer questions, and tailor treatment plans to each person’s goals. His surgical practice includes modern cataract techniques and minimally invasive glaucoma surgery, and he also manages a wide range of medical eye conditions across adulthood and senior years.

Originally from Ohio, Dr. Abramowitz completed both his undergraduate studies and medical degree at The Ohio State University. He then served as chief resident during his ophthalmology residency at The George Washington University before pursuing fellowship training in glaucoma at Wills Eye Hospital.
