Dr. Alexander Bottini

Dr. William J. Carroll is a board-certified ophthalmologist and vitreoretinal surgeon who cares for patients with diseases of the vitreous and retina. He earned his undergraduate degree with honors from the University of Georgia and completed medical school at the University of Virginia School of Medicine. After medical school, Dr. Carroll completed ophthalmology residency training at the Emory Eye Center and then pursued additional subspecialty training with a two-year fellowship in vitreoretinal diseases at Northwestern University. In practice, he focuses on protecting and restoring vision through careful diagnosis, clear communication, and a personalized approach to care. His clinical work includes evaluation and treatment for retinal conditions such as age-related macular degeneration, diabetic retinopathy, floaters and flashes, uveitis, and retinal vascular occlusions, along with retinal procedures and treatments when needed.

Brandon Fram, MD, is a vitreoretinal surgeon who cares for people with diseases of the macula, retina and vitreous. He manages age-related macular degeneration, diabetic eye disease, retinal tears and detachments, macular holes and epiretinal membranes, and offers in-office injections and laser as well as advanced surgical repair when needed. Dr. Fram aims to make treatment plans straightforward by reviewing imaging together and explaining how each option supports vision and daily activities. Dr. Fram earned his medical degree at Mercer University School of Medicine, completed ophthalmology residency at Virginia Commonwealth University Health System (where he served as chief resident), and finished a surgical retina fellowship at Retina and Vitreous of Texas in Houston. He welcomes new patients and referrals across the region.

Dr. Daniel Oh is a board-certified vitreoretinal surgeon who cares for the full spectrum of medical and surgical retina conditions. He completed ophthalmology residency at the University of Illinois at Chicago, served as chief resident, and went on to a premier combined retina fellowship in New York City with Columbia University, NYU, Manhattan Eye, Ear and Throat Hospital, and Vitreous Retina Macula Consultants of New York. Earlier in his training he earned both a bachelor’s and master’s degree in chemistry from Harvard University, where he also received his MD through the Harvard-MIT HST program and conducted a Howard Hughes research fellowship focused on diabetic retinopathy. Patients value Dr. Oh’s calm, collaborative style and his focus on clear communication when outlining diagnosis and treatment options. His clinical interests include complex retinal detachment repair, macular surgery, diabetic retinopathy management, and care for premature infants with retinopathy of prematurity. He remains active in national ophthalmic societies and contributes research and peer review for leading journals. Dr. Oh is committed to delivering thoughtful, evidence-based care that helps patients protect and improve their vision over the long term.
