Dr. Aldo Espinoza

Dr. Aldo Espinoza is a board-certified comprehensive ophthalmologist serving the North Atlanta community. He provides full-scope medical and surgical eye care with a special emphasis on cataract surgery and minimally invasive glaucoma surgery (MIGS). His visits are designed to be practical and easy to understand, and he works with patients to choose treatments that match their daily needs and visual goals.

Originally from Lima, Peru, Dr. Espinoza completed undergraduate studies at Southern Adventist University, earned his MD from Loma Linda University School of Medicine, and finished ophthalmology residency at the Medical College of Georgia. In addition to cataract and glaucoma care, he treats common conditions such as diabetic eye disease, dry eye, and macular degeneration, performs eyelid lesion removal, and offers office-based laser procedures when appropriate. Dr. Espinoza is fluent in English and Spanish and enjoys community service initiatives like Operation Sight.
