Dr. Alan Berg

Dr. Alan M. Berg is a board-certified ophthalmologist at Berg Feinfield Vision Correction with more than 25 years of experience in refractive surgery. He specializes in laser vision correction and refractive lens implant surgery, having performed over 50,000 LASIK procedures. His clinical expertise includes the treatment of cataracts, premium lens implants, corneal crosslinking, and advanced refractive techniques such as EVO ICL and PRK. Dr. Berg is dedicated to using state-of-the-art technology, including iDesign 2 Advanced WaveScan and the Alcon Wavelight Pro, to optimize outcomes for his patients.

Dr. Berg earned his medical degree from Bowman Gray School of Medicine and completed his ophthalmology residency at the University of Southern California, where he remains on the faculty teaching residents. He has served as Chief of Ophthalmology at Providence St. Joseph Medical Center and City of Hope Medical Center. Recognized as a VISX Star Surgeon and selected as one of the Best Doctors in America, Dr. Berg has also been involved in clinical trials for the Implantable Collamer Lens. He continues to provide comprehensive eye care to patients in the Burbank area.
