About Me
Dr. Abdul Ahad Kazi brings extensive national and international experience in ophthalmology to his practice. He completed his ophthalmology residency at Tulane University in New Orleans and pursued advanced fellowship training in Diseases of the Vitreous and Retina at both Louisiana State University and Tulane University. His background includes publishing in peer-reviewed journals and contributing to academic medicine through roles such as Visiting Professor of Ophthalmology in Pakistan.
Currently, Dr. Kazi serves as a Clinical Assistant Professor of Ophthalmology at Tulane University while providing care to patients in Anniston, Alabama and the surrounding communities. His clinical focus encompasses comprehensive eye care, anterior segment surgery including premium cataract and glaucoma procedures, and the management of retinal conditions like diabetic retinopathy and macular degeneration. Patients benefit from his distinguished training and commitment to advancing eye health.
