Dr. Zhonghui Luo

Dr. Zhonghui Luo is an ophthalmologist and physician-surgeon at Massachusetts General Hospital, where she is a member of the Cornea Service and the Comprehensive Ophthalmology and Cataract Consultation Service. Her practice focuses on managing a variety of common eye problems, with expertise in complex cataract surgeries, premium cataract surgeries, and ocular graft versus host disease.

As a clinician scientist, Dr. Luo conducts research on ocular graft versus host disease and cataracts. She teaches and mentors medical students, residents, and fellows at HMS and directs the international humanitarian outreach program Project Gafas. Throughout her career, she has been honored with numerous awards and scholarships and is dedicated to patient education and empowerment.
