About Me
Dr. Xuan Cao is an ophthalmologist specializing in comprehensive eye care, with a focus on cataract surgery, glaucoma management, and eyelid procedures. He is fluent in Mandarin Chinese, which allows him to serve a diverse patient population. Dr. Cao aims to provide the best possible care to each patient and continuously seeks to improve outcomes.
Dr. Cao completed his undergraduate degree at Duke University, where he graduated with distinction in Biomedical Engineering. He then earned his medical degree from Drexel University College of Medicine, where he found his passion for ophthalmology. He further pursued a post-doctoral fellowship at the prestigious Johns Hopkins Wilmer Eye Institute, where he conducted research and published in top medical journals.
Dr. Cao completed his residency in ophthalmology at the USC Roski Eye Institute, training at one of the busiest trauma centers in the country. This experience equipped him to handle a wide range of eye conditions and emergencies. He specializes in cataract surgery, micro-invasive glaucoma surgery (MIGS), pterygium removal, and various eyelid procedures.
