Dr. Victor Chang

Dr. Victor Y. Chang is an ophthalmologist who specializes in medical cornea and external disease, as well as cataract surgery. He brings extensive knowledge and experience to his patients, focusing on personalized care and exceptional treatment plans for a wide range of vision needs.

Dr. Chang completed his medical degree at Baylor College of Medicine, followed by an internal medicine internship and an ophthalmology residency at the Cullen Eye Institute, where he served as Chief Resident. He further honed his expertise through a fellowship in Cornea and External Diseases and Refractive Surgery at the Duke University Eye Center.

As a physician partner at Houston Eye Associates, Dr. Chang practices comprehensive ophthalmology and sees patients at both the Conroe and The Woodlands locations.
