Dr. Daniel M. Anderson is a board-certified ophthalmologist with over fourteen years of experience, currently serving as a primary surgeon at Berkeley Eye Center in The Woodlands. He specializes in advanced cataract surgery and refractive procedures, offering expertise in techniques like LASIK, PRK, and EVO ICL to correct vision. His proficiency extends to complex anterior segment surgeries, including corneal transplants such as DMEK and DSAEK, as well as IOL exchange and iris suturing, providing comprehensive care for various eye conditions.
As a third-generation ophthalmologist, Dr. Anderson completed his medical degree at Tulane Medical School and his ophthalmology residency in San Antonio, followed by a fellowship in cornea, refractive, and anterior segment surgery at Baylor College of Medicine in Houston. His distinguished Air Force background includes deployments for ocular trauma management and leadership roles, earning him military honors.
