Dr. Todd Driver

Dr. Todd H. Driver is a board-certified ophthalmologist who provides comprehensive eye care with a focus on cornea, external disease, and refractive surgery. He values careful listening, clear explanations, and individualized plans that fit each patient’s goals—whether that means seeing better for work, hobbies, or everyday life. Dr. Driver completed medical school and a cornea and refractive surgery fellowship at the University of California, San Francisco, and his ophthalmology residency at the UCLA Stein Eye Institute after an internal medicine internship at Olive View–UCLA. In Orange County, he sees patients in Irvine and is affiliated with Hoag Physician Partners. In addition to managing routine eye conditions, Dr. Driver offers advanced surgical options and collaborates closely with optometrists and primary care providers to ensure seamless, high-quality care from evaluation through recovery.
