Dr. Tigran Kostanyan

Tracy Lu, MD, is a board-certified ophthalmologist specializing in oculoplastic and reconstructive surgery at New Eyes Oculoplastic Surgery in Las Vegas. She offers the full spectrum of functional and cosmetic eyelid procedures, evaluation and treatment of eyelid and orbital cancers, management of lacrimal (tear-duct) disorders, and care for complex orbital disease. Dr. Lu’s approach blends precision surgery with an eye for natural appearance and a strong commitment to patient education and comfort. Dr. Lu earned her medical degree from Harvard Medical School and completed an ophthalmology residency at Stanford. She then completed an ASOPRS-approved oculoplastic and reconstructive surgery fellowship at MD Anderson Cancer Center. She also holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from Harvard College and an MBA from Harvard Business School. Dr. Helena Lam is a board-certified oculofacial plastic surgeon whose practice blends functional reconstruction with natural-looking aesthetic surgery. She cares for adults and children with conditions that affect the eyelids, brows, tear ducts, and orbit, and offers both advanced operative solutions and in-office rejuvenation tailored to each person’s goals. Her philosophy is to listen closely, plan carefully, and deliver precise results with an artist’s eye and a surgeon’s attention to safety. Dr. Lam earned her medical degree from the University of Missouri–Columbia and completed an internal medicine internship followed by ophthalmology residency at the University of Minnesota. She then pursued highly competitive fellowships recognized by ASOPRS and the American Board of Facial Cosmetic Surgery, including additional specialized training in Seoul, South Korea. An active researcher and speaker, she has authored peer-reviewed articles and presented nationally on topics ranging from orbital tumors to brow surgery. She also mentors trainees and supports diversity initiatives in medicine.
