Dr. Mazeyar Saboori

Dr. Saboori is a board-certified, fellowship-trained cataract and glaucoma surgeon who has cared for patients in the Las Vegas Valley since 2017. He has performed thousands of cataract procedures and uses modern options such as laser-assisted cataract surgery (LACS) and advanced intraocular lens technologies tailored to a patient’s goals and eye health.

As one of a small number of fellowship-trained glaucoma surgeons in the region, he offers a full spectrum of glaucoma care, including minimally invasive glaucoma surgery (MIGS) as well as traditional glaucoma operations for more complex cases. He is also an active speaker on the medical and surgical management of glaucoma.

Dr. Saboori earned his M.D. at Vanderbilt University School of Medicine, completed ophthalmology residency at the Kresge Eye Institute, and completed glaucoma fellowship training at Case Western Reserve University. He speaks English and Farsi and enjoys outdoor time, cycling, and travel.
