About Me
Dr. Thomas G. Sharkey is a board-certified ophthalmologist who has been providing care to patients in the Kingston, Pennsylvania area for over 40 years. He treats a variety of eye conditions including cataracts, glaucoma, diabetic eye disease, and pediatric ophthalmology. Dr. Sharkey is dedicated to helping patients achieve optimal vision through both medical and surgical treatments.
As an experienced ophthalmic microsurgeon, Dr. Sharkey has performed thousands of eye surgeries. He completed his medical training at Jefferson Medical College and his residency in ophthalmology at the University of Pittsburgh. He also received specialized training in keratorefractive surgery. Dr. Sharkey is a member of the American Academy of Ophthalmology and is committed to staying current with advances in eye care.
