About Me
Dr. Terrence Doherty is a board-certified ophthalmologist and fellowship-trained LASIK and corneal surgeon at Loden Vision Centers. He specializes in LASIK and cataract surgery, using advanced intraocular lens technology and techniques such as bladeless LASIK. Dr. Doherty also treats a wide range of eye conditions, including glaucoma, dry eye, and diabetic eye disease. He has extensive experience in corneal transplant procedures, including Intralase Enabled Keratoplasty (IEK) and Descemet's Stripping Endothelial Keratoplasty (DSEK) for conditions like Fuch's Dystrophy.
He completed his medical degree at St. Louis University School of Medicine, followed by an ophthalmology residency at Case Western Reserve University and a cornea and refractive surgery fellowship at Emory University. Dr. Doherty has been published and has lectured nationally, and he remains at the forefront of technological developments in corneal transplants and refractive surgery.
