Dr. Christine Shieh

Dr. Christine Shieh is a board-certified ophthalmologist who specializes in cornea, cataract, and refractive surgery. She provides comprehensive medical and surgical care for conditions affecting the front of the eye, including cataract surgery and corneal transplantation.

In addition to her clinical practice, Dr. Shieh is actively involved in ophthalmic research, having published multiple articles in leading peer-reviewed journals and authored textbook chapters. She holds the position of Director for Resident Research within the Department of Ophthalmology and Visual Sciences and is a member of several professional societies, including the American Academy of Ophthalmology, the Cornea Society, and the American Society of Cataract and Refractive Surgery.
