Meet Dr. Jeffrey D Horn

Dr. Jeffrey D. Horn is an ophthalmologist in Nashville, Tennessee, specializing in advanced cataract and refractive surgery. He completed internal medicine training at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center, an ophthalmology residency at Northwestern University, and a fellowship in cornea, external disease, and refractive surgery at the Shiley Eye Institute at the University of California, San Diego.

Dr. Horn joined Vanderbilt Medical Center in 1997, where he focused on cataract surgery, lens replacement, corneal transplantation, and LASIK. In 2005, he founded his private practice, Vision for Life, dedicated to providing the most advanced vision correction technologies. He continues to teach other eye surgeons worldwide and has been active in clinical research, including being one of the first surgeons in the United States to implant the PanOptix trifocal lens.
