Dr. Steven Ellis

Dr. Steven P. Ellis is an ophthalmologist at Mercer Eye Associates in Lawrenceville, New Jersey. He provides comprehensive eye care with a focus on cataract surgery. Dr. Ellis has extensive experience in advanced cataract surgical techniques and has been instructing residents in this area for over twenty years. He serves as an Associate Surgeon on the Cataract and Primary Eye Care Service at Wills Eye Hospital in Philadelphia. Dr. Ellis is board certified by the American Board of Ophthalmology and is on staff at Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital. He is a past President of the Ophthalmic Society of Philadelphia.

Dr. Ellis earned his medical degree from New York University School of Medicine and completed his ophthalmology residency at Albert Einstein College of Medicine, where he served as Chief Resident. He graduated magna cum laude from Franklin and Marshall College.
