About Me
Dr. Stephanie Kletke is a pediatric ophthalmologist in the Retinoblastoma Program at The Hospital for Sick Children (SickKids) and an Assistant Professor at the University of Toronto. She cares for children with retinoblastoma and related eye conditions, coordinating care across oncology, imaging, and surgery so families have a single, supportive point of contact. She also sees young patients with cataracts and other pediatric eye problems and works closely with families on long-term visual development.
Dr. Kletke completed her ophthalmology residency at the University of Toronto, followed by fellowships in Pediatric Ophthalmology at the Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia and in Retinoblastoma at SickKids. She also completed the Global Clinical Scholars Research Training program at Harvard Medical School. Her research interests include novel retinoblastoma therapies, treatment outcomes, and surveillance for second cancers in heritable retinoblastoma. Families appreciate her calm, collaborative approach and clear explanations at every step of care.
