Dr. Sheridan Lam

Dr. Sheridan Lam has been serving the western Chicago suburbs since 1993. He offers expertise in cataract surgery and comprehensive eye care, with additional training in cornea and external disease, uveitis, and ophthalmic pathology.

After earning his medical degree from Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine, Dr. Lam completed his ophthalmology residency at the University of South Florida. He pursued advanced fellowship training at the University of Iowa and the University of Illinois at Chicago, where he also served as an assistant professor. Dr. Lam provides personalized surgical and medical care for conditions affecting the front of the eye, including cataracts, corneal disorders, and inflammation. He is board certified by the American Board of Ophthalmology.
